Text
(a)Application for a license as a mechanical breakdown
insurance dealer shall be made to the commissioner upon forms
prescribed and furnished by the commissioner. As a part of or
in connection with any application, the applicant shall furnish
information concerning his identity, personal history,
experience, business record and other pertinent facts the
commissioner may reasonably require.
(b)If the applicant is a firm, partnership or
corporation, the application shall in addition to the
requirements of subsection (a) of this section:
(i)Contain the names of all members and officers of
the firm, partnership or corporation; and
(ii)Designate who is to exercise the powers to be
conferred by the license on the firm, partnership or
corporation.
