§ 26-37-112 — Mechanical breakdown insurance organizations; misrepresentations as to service contracts
No mechanical breakdown insurance organization, dealer,
representative or other person shall in any manner misrepresent
the terms, benefits or privileges of any policy issued by the
organization.
