§ 26-37-121 — Mechanical breakdown insurance organizations; grounds for suspension, revocation or refusal of dealer's license of firm, partnership or corporation
A mechanical breakdown insurance dealer's license issued to any
firm, partnership or corporation may be suspended, revoked or
refused for any cause relating to any individual designated in
the license to exercise its powers.
