Text
(a)The commissioner may suspend, revoke or refuse to
renew any mechanical breakdown insurance dealer's license issued
under this chapter for any cause specified by this chapter
including the following:
(i)A violation or willful participation in a
violation of this chapter;
(ii)Obtainment of any license through
misrepresentation or fraud;
(iii)Misappropriation, conversion for the use of the
licensee or illegal withholding of monies required to be held in
a fiduciary capacity;
(iv)Material misrepresentation of the terms or
effect of any contract or the engagement in any fraudulent
transaction;
(v)A conviction by final judgment of a felony that
relates to the mechanical breakdown insurance profession or to
the ability to practice as a mechanical breakdown insurance
dealer;
(vi)Incompet
