Text
(a)The commissioner shall prescribe the form of the
mechanical breakdown insurance dealer's license which shall
contain the:
(i)Name of the licensee and his business address;
(ii)Date of issuance and the date of expiration; and
(iii)Name of the represented mechanical breakdown
insurance organization.
