Text
When two (2) or more religious denominations or other societies
or associations have united in a corporation and as a
corporation acquire title to real estate in this state, and
subsequently agree to separate and form two (2) or more separate
corporations, either corporation after the separate organization
may file its petition for partition of property so acquired and
held.
