Text
On the return by the sheriff of his proceedings the court shall
examine the same. If a sale has been made and the court approves
the sale, on receiving payment of the consideration money or
taking sufficient security therefor to the satisfaction of the
court, the sheriff shall execute and deliver a deed to the
purchaser.
