Text
A person appointed according to the laws of any other state or
country to take charge of the estate of a person under legal
disability not a resident of this state, upon being duly
authorized in this state to take charge of the estate situate in
this state, may act in the partition of the estate to the same
extent that the guardian of a person under legal disability is
authorized to act by W.S. 1-32-117.
