Text
The guardian of a minor or other person under legal disability
may on behalf of his ward do and perform any act respecting the
partition of an estate which the minor or other person under
legal disability could do. He may elect, on behalf of the ward,
to take the estate when the same cannot be divided without
injury, and make payments therefor on behalf of the ward.
