Text
When a special order is issued to the county treasurer he is
responsible for its execution in the same manner as if he were
an officer of the court. He shall receive such fees for his
services in executing the order, if not otherwise fixed by the
court, as are allowed by law for making tax duplicates. The fees
and all other costs of the proceedings shall be added to the
taxes levied in executing the order, and placed upon the
duplicate for collection with the taxes.
