Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 1-23-104 (2026).
Text
Any person who violates any of the provisions of W.S. 1-23-102
or 1-23-103, is guilty of a felony punishable by a fine of not
less than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) nor more than five
thousand dollars ($5,000.00), or by imprisonment for a term of
not less than one (1) year nor more than five (5) years, or
both.
