Text
It is unlawful for a person either as a party, attorney or an
agent of either, to file or serve or threaten to cause to be
filed or served, any process or pleading in any court of the
state, setting forth or seeking to recover money upon any cause
of action abolished or barred by W.S. 1-23-101, whether the
cause of action arose in or out of the state.
