§ 26-18-132 — Policies less favorable than provisions of chapter prohibited
Any policy provision which is not subject to this chapter shall
not make a policy, or any portion thereof, less favorable in any
respect to the insured or the beneficiary than the provisions of
the policy which are subject to this chapter.
