§ 18-16-118 — Rules and regulations; enforcement
The board may adopt reasonable rules and regulations not
inconsistent with law for the government and control of the
district organization and to facilitate the collection of
assessments or charges. All rules and regulations adopted
pursuant to this section shall be promulgated in accordance with
the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and filed with the
county clerk for each county in which the district is located.
