Text
(a)The members of the board shall serve without
compensation but shall receive reimbursement for actual and
necessary expenses incurred in connection with the performance
of their duties.
(b)The board shall adopt rules, regulations and
procedures for the district whether or not included in its
bylaws, including those to govern the use and enjoyment of
public improvements, facilities and services of the district.
