Text
The district shall be managed and controlled by a board of directors consisting of three (3) members. The initial board shall consist of three (3) members elected at the organizational election as provided in W.S. 18-16-106. One (1) shall serve for three (3) years, one (1) for four (4) years and one (1) for five
(5)years after formation of the district and until their
successors are elected and qualified at the regular scheduled
subsequent director election as provided in W.S. 22-29-112(a).
The subsequent directors shall be elected pursuant to W.S.
