Text
A petition to form a district shall be in accordance with the
provisions of W.S. 22-29-105. W.S. 22-29-109(e) shall not apply
to proceedings for the formation of a resort district. The
petition shall be accompanied by a filing fee of two hundred
dollars ($200.00).
