§ 1-16-406 — Injunction; suspension of judgment or order
Wyoming·Title 01 Civil Procedure·Ch. 16 JUDGMENTS GENERALLY·Art. 4 MODIFICATION OR VACATION AFTER TERM
The party seeking to vacate or modify a judgment or order may
obtain an injunction suspending proceedings on the whole or a
part thereof when it appears probable by affidavit or by
exhibition of the record that the party is entitled to have the
judgment or order vacated or modified.
