§ 1-16-101 — Rights of minors reserved
It is not necessary to reserve in a judgment or order the right
of a minor to show cause why such order or judgment should be

in which such reservation would have been proper, the minor may
show cause against such order or judgment within one (1) year
after arriving at the age of majority.
