§ 1-16-306 — Record in dismissed action
Wyoming·Title 01 Civil Procedure·Ch. 16 JUDGMENTS GENERALLY·Art. 3 RECORDING AND INDEXING OF JUDGMENTS; RELEASE
When an action has been dismissed without prejudice to a future
action, the clerk shall make a complete record of the
proceedings upon being paid therefor by the party requesting it.
