Text
(a)If the attorney of record or other proper person fails
to release any action pending or judgment rendered within
fifteen (15) days after settlement or satisfaction, the person
in whose favor the judgment was rendered is liable for damages
sustained.
(b)Subsection (a) of this section does not apply to
judgments by operation of law arising under W.S. 14-2-204.
