Text
Disobedience of a subpoena, refusal to be sworn except for
refusal to pay fees on demand, or refusal to answer as a witness
or to subscribe a deposition when lawfully ordered, may be
punished as a contempt of the court or officer who required the
attendance or testimony of the witness.
