§ 7-11-104 — Trial of challenges for cause
Wyoming·Title 07 Criminal Procedure·Ch. 11 TRIAL AND MATTERS INCIDENT THERETO·Art. 1 SELECTION AND CHALLENGES OF JURIES
Both the defense and the prosecution may challenge jurors for
cause prior to the jury being sworn. Challenges for cause shall
be tried by the court.
