§ 35-11-537 — Restoration standard
Wyoming·Title 35 Public Health and Safety·Ch. 11 ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY·Art. 5 SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT
Any owner or operator, the department or other person taking a
corrective action shall restore the environment to a condition
and quality consistent with standards established in rules and
regulations.
