§ 35-11-1101 — Records available to the public; restrictions

(a)Any records, reports or information obtained under
this act or the rules, regulations and standards promulgated
hereunder are available to the public. Upon a showing
satisfactory to the director by any person that his records,
reports or information or particular parts thereof, other than
emission and pollution data, to which the director and
administrators have access under this act if made public would
divulge trade secrets, the director and administrators shall
consider the records, reports or information or particular
portions thereof confidential in the administration of this act.
(b)Nothing herein shall be construed to prevent
disclosure of any records, reports or information to federal,
state or local agencies necessary for the purposes of
administration of any federal, state o
