§ 35-11-105 — Divisions enumerated
(a)The department shall consist of the following
divisions:
(i)Air quality division;
(ii)Water quality division;
(iii)Land quality division;
(iv)Solid and hazardous waste management division;
(v)Abandoned mine land division;
(vi)Industrial siting division.
