§ 35-11-519 — Hazardous waste corrective action requirements

Corrective action requirements applicable to any hazardous waste
management facility shall be consistent with, and equivalent to,
corrective action requirements contained in rules and
regulations adopted by the United States environmental
protection agency under authority of subtitle C of the Resource
Conservation and Recovery Act, P.L. 94-580, as amended by the
hazardous and solid waste amendments of 1984, P.L. 98-616, and
as they may be hereafter amended.
