Wyoming·Title 35 Public Health and Safety·Ch. 11 ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY·Art. 5 SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT
Violations of W.S. 35-11-510 and 35-11-512 are misdemeanors
subject to a penalty of up to seven hundred fifty dollars
($750.00).
