Text
(a)In addition to the other powers and duties enumerated
in this act, the director of the department through the
administrator of the solid and hazardous waste management
division shall coordinate the activities of all state agencies
concerned with solid waste management and disposal. The
administrator shall advise and consult with any person or
municipality with respect to provisions of technical assistance
in solid waste management technology, including collection,
storage and disposal.
(b)The administrator of the solid and hazardous waste
management division shall enforce and administer this article
and the rules, regulations and standards promulgated under this
article.
