Text
(a)Upon completion of reclamation and abandonment by the
operator, the operator shall record with the state engineer's
office the location and nature of aquifers that have been
affected by the in situ operation.
(b)Any abandoned drill hole shall be subject to the
provisions of W.S. 35-11-404.
