Text
(a)In addition to any other requirement or restriction
imposed under the Wyoming Environmental Quality Act, commercial
waste treatment, storage and disposal facilities used for the
management of more than ten (10) tons of dried wastewater
treatment sludges or the equivalent thereto per operating day,
are subject to the location restrictions and bond requirements
provided for commercial oil field waste disposal facilities
under W.S. 35-11-306.
(b)Any person who locates, constructs or operates a
commercial waste treatment, storage and disposal facility in
violation of the location restrictions provided by subsection
(a)of this section and W.S. 35-11-306(a) is subject to the
penalties provided by W.S. 35-11-901. This subsection shall be
