Text
(a)In addition to other duties imposed by law, the
administrator of the water quality division at the direction of
the director:
(i)May conduct on site compliance inspections of all
facilities and works during or following the completion of any
construction, installation or modification for which a permit is
issued under W.S. 35-11-301(a)(iii) or (v); and
(ii)Shall establish as necessary for the efficient
enforcement of this act water quality districts within the state
and provide for a field office to be located within the
boundaries of each district created.
