Text
(a)In the event of the transfer of any tank to a
different owner, notification of the transfer shall be provided
to the department by the new and former owners. Such
notifications shall be made on forms developed and provided by
the department and shall include:
(i)The name, address and telephone number of the
former and new tank owner;
(ii)The name, address and telephone number of the
former and new tank operator;
(iii)A description of the location of the facility
where the tank is maintained or operated and the location of the
tank at that facility; and
(iv)Proof of insurance or other types of financial
assurance by the new or former owner as applicable.
