Text
(a)There is created as a separate operating agency of
state government an independent council consisting of seven (7)
members to be known as the environmental quality council. Not
more than seventy-five percent (75%) of the members shall be of
the same political party. Council members shall be appointed by
the governor with the advice and consent of the senate. The
governor may remove any council member as provided in W.S.
