§ 27-11-110 — Injunction; bond; effect on sovereign immunity

Whenever it appears to the commission that any person has engaged or is about to engage in any act or practice constituting a violation of any provision of this act, or any rule, regulation, or order hereunder, the commission, its chairman, or any person so authorized by the commission may bring an action in the name of the state in the district court of any county in which the violation occurred or where it appears a violation may occur to enjoin the acts or practices to enforce compliance with this act, rule or regulation or order hereunder. Upon a proper showing a permanent or temporary injunction or restraining order shall be granted. This action shall not exempt the person so enjoined from penalty, as provided in W.S. 27-11-107, or from enforcement of any other section of the act. The
