§ 27-11-103 — Definitions
(a)As used in this act:
(i)"Commission" means the occupational health and
safety commission;
(ii)"Department" means the department of workforce
services of the state of Wyoming;
(iii)"Employee" means a person permitted to work by
an employer in employment;
(iv)"Employer" means any individual or organization
including the state and all its political subdivisions, which
has in its employ one (1) or more individuals performing
services for it in employment;
(v)"Employment" means all services for pay under a
contract of hire;
(vi)"Party" means each person or agency named or
admitted as a party or properly seeking and entitled as of right
to be admitted as a party;
(vii)"Person" means an individual, governmental
agency, partnership, association, corporation, business, trust,
