§ 9-1-901 — Qualifications

Wyoming·Title 09 Administration of the Government·Ch. 1 STATE OFFICERS·Art. 9 STATE ENGINEER

The state engineer shall have theoretical knowledge and
practical and managerial skill and experience which fits him for
the position and shall have at least two (2) years of
engineering practice and experience in the state and shall be a
registered professional engineer.
