Text
(a)No state department, board, commission or agency whose
director, board or commission members are appointed by the
governor shall, without prior approval of the governor:
(i)Apply for federal funds or private endowment
funds;
(ii)Contract with the federal government or any
private association;
(iii)Effectuate and put into force any plan.
