Text
In accordance with the Wyoming constitution, the governor is the
chief executive officer of the state of Wyoming. The governor
shall formulate and administer the policies of, and shall
exercise general supervision, direction and control over the
executive branch of state government. The governor shall have
the authority to obtain the criminal background history of an
employee, intern or applicant for employment or an internship in
the governor's office.
