§ 9-1-604 — Office in state capital; private practice prohibited; exception
The attorney general shall keep an office in the state capital,
shall not open an office elsewhere and shall not engage in any
private practice except to consummate business pending at the
time of his appointment if not in conflict with the duties of
his office.
