§ 9-1-602 — Vacancy in office

Wyoming·Title 09 Administration of the Government·Ch. 1 STATE OFFICERS·Art. 6 ATTORNEY GENERAL

In case of a vacancy in the office of attorney general the
governor shall appoint a qualified person to fill the vacancy in
accordance with the provisions of W.S. 28-12-101(b).
