§ 9-1-410 — Receipts for monies paid into treasury

Wyoming·Title 09 Administration of the Government·Ch. 1 STATE OFFICERS·Art. 4 AUDITOR AND TREASURER

The treasurer shall issue receipts for all monies paid into the
treasury. A copy of each receipt shall immediately be deposited
by the treasurer with the auditor.
