13(1) (1) Preparation. The summary report shall be prepared consistently with the guidance manual. Documentation and supporting information shall be maintained and made available upon examination or upon request of the commissioner.
13(2) (2) Review. The commissioner’s review of the summary report, and any additional requests for information, shall be made using similar procedures used in the analysis and examination of multistate or global insurers and insurance holding company systems.
