622.07 Subject to s. 622.11 , an insurer, or the insurance holding company system of which the insurer is a member, shall regularly conduct an own risk and solvency assessment consistent with the process specified in the guidance manual. The own risk and solvency assessment must be conducted whenever there are significant changes to the risk profile of the insurer or the insurance holding company system of which the insurer is a member, but in no case less often than annually.
