A.On the effective date of coverage for existing employees, and thereafter on each January 10, existing participating employees shall receive an amount of family and personal leave based on the number of months of state service as an eligible employee, as follows:aMonths of state serviceNumber of hoursbLess than 12032c120 or more40B. Any partial calendar month during which a participating employee was employed shall constitute one month of state service for purposes of this section.
