(1)The following are the courts of this state:
(1)(a) the Supreme Court;
(1)(b) the Court of Appeals;
(1)(c) the Business and Chancery Court;
(1)(d) the district courts;
(1)(e) the juvenile courts; and
(1)(f) the justice courts.
(2)All courts are courts of record, except the justice courts, which are courts not of record.
