Text
(1)There is established the "Utah Commission on Uniform State Laws," which consists of members of the Utah State Bar who are appointed as commissioners to the Uniform Law Commission as follows:
(1)(a) one commissioner, appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the Senate, who shall be a member of the Senate at the time of appointment;
(1)(b) one commissioner, appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the Senate, who shall be a member of the House of Representatives at the time of appointment;
(1)(c) two commissioners, appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the Senate, who shall be active members of the Utah State Bar;
(1)(d) one commissioner who is the Legislature's general counsel or, alternatively, an attorney from the Office of Legislati
