Sec. 257.113. ORDER FOR BOND ELECTION.

(a)The members of the commissioners courts of the counties included in whole or part in a road district established under this subchapter at a joint meeting held in the county having the greatest population may order an election to authorize bonds for the district.
(b)The members of the commissioners courts shall order the election to be held on a date authorized by Section 41.001 , Election Code. Notice of the election shall be given as provided by Chapter 4 , Election Code.
(c)At the election, the voters shall be permitted to vote for or against the following proposition: "Authorizing the _______________ Counties Road District of Texas to issue the bonds of the district in the total sum of $__________ and to levy annually ad valorem taxes on all
