Sec. 2033.151. DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS.
(a)The commission shall revoke, suspend, or refuse to renew a license, place on probation a person whose license has been suspended, or reprimand a license holder for a violation of this subtitle or a commission rule.
(b)If a license suspension is probated, the commission may require the license holder to report regularly to the commission on matters that are the basis of the probation.
