Sec. 2033.004. RACING WITHOUT LICENSE.

(a)A person commits an offense if the person:
(1)conducts a horse or greyhound race without a racetrack license; and
(2)knows or reasonably should know that another person is betting on the final or partial outcome of the race.
(b)An offense under this section is a felony of the third degree.
